Remember Rings are Hot
October 6th, 2008 - Jewelry
Have trouble reminding your friend’s birthday and want to use an original way of being remembered on time? This ring will help you remember every important date you specify.
What this ring will do is it will heat up 24 hours before an important event (which you planned) is about to happen. It will heat up to about 120ยบ F for 10 seconds just to let you remember the event. It’ll continue to warm up every hour, on the hour, all day long.
The heat is supposed to be hot enough to cause discomfort, but it will not burn you. It will use the heat of your body to recharge its built-in battery.
Available in seven styles, in 14k white and yellow gold. Available in sizes 10-13.
As for the cost of this ring: $760.

Before paying out nearly $800, perhaps you should check the marbles aren’t loose. While it is a novel and stupid idea, I think I will pass on this and buy that $1 calendar; I am sure I could find a free pen around some where too.

That’s pretty cool, don’t think I would ever get one, but neat idea.

Cool, I suppose, but unless it’s re-programmable, it’s not rly that useful long-term, is it?

That’s precisely how I want my friends and family to remember my birthday. With pain.

This is a great idea! I have a calendar through Gmail that sends me reminders also. I don’t like to forget a special date, birthday or anniversary so this could be the answer. Where do you buy these?

I understand the logics of this ring, but I am not sure that I would like to be discomforted every hour because of a special date. I’m with the guy buying the dollar calendar and finding a free pen!
